If your cup arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll happily replace it or refund you in full — at no cost to you.
If you’re simply not satisfied with your purchase, you can still return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund (return shipping fees apply).

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email our team at info@claritycups.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.
Our support staff will respond within 24 hours with simple return instructions and the nearest return address.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

Refund Process

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.

If your item was damaged or defective upon arrival, we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
If you’re returning for other reasons (such as a change of mind or personal preference), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
