Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days (weekdays only) after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days (weekdays) depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Transit Time: Most customers receive their orders within 5–9 business days total from the date of purchase.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link.
You can follow your package’s journey at any time using the provided tracking information.

If you don’t see a tracking email within 48 hours of dispatch, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.

Delivery Delays

While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, ClarityCups cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been handed over to the courier.
In rare cases where your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you promptly in tracking or resolving the issue.

We currently offer nationwide shipping within the United States and selected international destinations.
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners and securely packaged to minimize breakage or damage during transit.
